I’m interested in how they defined “power.” Sad that they felt they had to do a whole separate one for women because they’d put so few in a “100 Most Powerful People in the World” list. And I think we’re still doing “Most Powerful Men” lists, so hey, fair’s fair. Interesting, anyway.

I had the opportunity to take a fiction writing class with David Marusek in Fairbanks, Alaska in 1999, when I started my junior year of undergrad work at the U of Alaska.
